The breakfast with eggs cooked to order and filter coffee, for example was warm for what you got. This hotel was located in a very central area not far from the restaurant and reception, a theme park suitable for kids up to the age of 6 and being on the edge of an industrial estate most of the views are of greenery.

It was pleasant hotel with always pleasant and incredibly welcoming staff at the reception desk friendly.

I stayed here for a christmas party and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were attentive. The breakfast was a good spread, with fresh pastries and numerous options, made each morning enjoyable.

My main reason for picking this hotel is that they have double bedrooms with 2 double beds. Difficult to find but that Telford. I would suggest that they reduce the cost of breakfast, at £11.00 per head, every expensive.

Has reataurant on site. Convenient for museums and shops. Check-in staff friendly and helpful. Car park excellent. Hotel reccommended, but not the restaurant.

Restaurant food and wine not good quality, service patchy at times. Terrestrial tv only ( 5channels only). Bar area grubby (not cleaned). I could not reccomend the restaurant, but the hotel was good on a room- only basis.

Our stay on thethe 7th and the 10th Feb meet our requirementh

The room we were allocated first on the 7th Feb had a large stain on bed it looked as if some one had sat on the bed and wet themselves.We complained and were moved to another room. The staff were first class in dealing with the problem.

The holiday inn exceeded my expectations, especially with its immaculate room and friendly staff. The indoor pool was perfect for my kids and the access to the nearby town park was a bonus.

Very convenient for conferences and events at the Telford International Centre. Easy to find. Good car parking. Well equipped bedroom. Attractive restaurant and bar.

The room was decent but had a couple of issues. It was clean and spacious, with comfy beds, made for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was quite noisy and made it a bit uncomfortable at times. The decor felt slightly dated too. Nothing too major, but it could use some refreshing. It was a good spot for resting up after exploring Telford.
